World Premiere。该剧讲述了飒爽的神外医生刘梓懿（辛芷蕾饰）在与男友准备结婚之际，发现男友因特殊原因被送到自己工作的医院，备受打击却要体面地结束这段关系；乐观的心外医生秦文彬（白客饰）看似玩世不恭，实则心里有数，工作上一帆风顺，婚姻却亮起红灯，不知何去何从。。全片由《麻雀趣事》、《有口难言》、《圆谎记》三个独立故事构成：《麻雀趣事》通过上海顾客与广东伙计对话，探讨麻将牌的历史起源；《有口难言》聚焦民国初年女牙医与助手离奇死亡案件，受害者口中发现半截舌头；《圆谎记》描写元朗乡绅马大哈在英女皇访港期间因谎言陷入困境。。
