In the peace and quiet of their natural surroundings, which provide a refuge from the intense heat of the sun, the women go through the text and dress up in their ruched period costumes, while in easy conversation they share their secrets, and also have little adven...。故事围绕一对处于分手边缘的情侣展开，他们后来卷入了一场离奇而又充满狂欢色彩的谋杀迷局。。咏春传人梁向东与洪拳传人刘朝西历来不和，缘由二人对彼此的功夫不屑一顾，两个顽固的老顽童经常你争我抢，闹出来了不少的笑话。梁的儿子咏春和刘的女儿洪拳亦受了父辈的影响，两家虽相邻而居但从不交往。洪拳咏春同在媒介公司供职，洪拳又是咏春的上司，咏春因此极为不满，自己虽为咏春传人，但对功夫只懂皮毛而已，为了能在对方面前抬起头，他不得不刻苦向父亲学习功夫。而刘也把毕生的功夫传给女儿，目的也就是希望女儿巾帼不让须眉。 经过一系列幽默小插曲之后，洪拳咏春亦从竞争对手变成幸福情侣，二人一起化解了两家的恩怨，两个武术世家亦终于和睦相处。。
