老夫子漫画的主编王泽决定封笔，导致本来衣食无忧的漫画人物老夫子和大番薯顿时成了失业青年，两人出尽招数找工作却屡屡碰壁。 这日，CID峰（谢霆锋 饰）和女友Miss张（张柏芝 饰）正因张母反对二人在一起而苦恼，老夫子和大番薯因得罪黑社会老大金爷被追杀，引发了一场大车祸。车祸中峰和Miss张失去了记忆，痊愈后两人形同陌路。 金爷十分看好峰，认为他是自己最合适的接班人，于是骗峰说自己是他的契爷，峰加入了黑社会。同时，Miss张恢复了一点记忆，回到了学校教书。一次峰在拉学生加入黑社会时，遇到了Miss张。峰对Miss张一见钟情，展开了猛烈追求。Miss张因记起自己已有一位恋人而拒绝了峰，峰陷入了低谷。这时，金爷发现峰加入后自己一直倒霉，于是准备除掉峰。关键时候，老夫子和大番薯赶到了！。JERUSALEM takes audiences on an inspiring and eye-opening tour of one of the worlds oldest and most enigmatic cities.
