潘惜月被妖魔缠身，鬼谷道爷尹天仇做法驱散，期间感应到潘家封印妖物。潘家小妾与潘惜悦未婚夫偷情时意外解除被封印的鸠摩。随后鸠摩与狐妖勾结伺机报仇并祸害人间。尹天仇为救苍生，与鸠摩展开了斗争。。偏处地方的东城大学医学部附属医院，凭借佐伯清刚（内野圣阳饰）出神入化般的“佐伯式”心脏二瓣膜修复手术而举国闻名，佐伯教授仪式般的黑色止血钳更为他增添了几许神话色彩。与之形成对立关系的，则是综合实力远在东城大之上的帝华大学医院部附属医院，该院的西崎启介教授（市川猿之助饰）与佐伯教授围绕着日本综合外科学会会长的宝座展开了激烈的角逐。为此，西崎派出得意门生高阶权太（小泉孝太郎饰）潜入敌营，试图通过最新的医疗器械撼动佐伯的地位。然而，佐伯麾下还有一个令所有医生头疼的人物。此人名叫渡海征司郎（二宫和也饰），他凭借高超的外科技巧拯救了一条条濒危的生命，但是毒舌外加阴暗的性格让他成为可怕的恶魔医生。怀着不可告人的目的，渡海卷入了佐伯和西崎的纷争之中…… 本片根据海堂尊的同名原作改编。。SYNOPSIS Urgently called, the police inspector has arrived in a hotel, and didn't find any crime, but noticed some strangenesses occurring there. (Strugatsky Brothers website) NOTES This is a crime / mystery thriller with surreal and psychedelic science fiction overtones based on a book Inspector Glebsky's Puzzle by the Strugatsky brothers. The screenplay was also written by the brothers and it differs from the book. The less you know about the movie the better starting point you have. The film is based largely on the mystery of what's happening to the people of Dead Mountaineer's Hotel. Is everything what it seems? Who's dead or who's not?。
