故事围绕着一个专门为电影行业服务的特技车队“巅峰特技队”展开，齐大志（谭俊彦饰）是车队的队长，曾经，在一场意外之中，车队的队员遭遇了危险导致终身残废，这让齐大志感到十分自责，一蹶不起，他解散了车队，发誓再也不踏足这一领域。 常美姝（朱晨丽饰）是齐大志的师妹，看到师兄如此的颓废，常美姝感到十分的焦急。常美姝知道，飞车特技表演是齐大志一生的志向和追求，不忍看到师兄就这么放弃，于是想了许许多多的办法令齐大志重新振作。终于，在常美姝的陪伴和鼓励之下，齐大志走出了过去的阴影，与此同时，他亦发现，自己对善良可爱的小师妹产生了不一样的感情。。Women on the Run.
