小老鼠伟福与家人自从上次移民美国，遭遇连串惊险有趣经历，总算吉鼠天相平安无恙。两年后伟福的姐姐16岁了，出落得漂亮可人，梦想当一名著名女歌手，而伟福则盼望往西部冒险，成为强悍的执法英雄。城内有一批胡作非为的猫K党，首领乌鸦猫策划「制造老鼠汉堡饱」阴谋，把众多老鼠诱至西部当大餐，而伟福也跌入圈套踏上西部之旅。途中伟福发现乌鸦猫诡计，被爪牙追杀，伟福失足跌下车流落茫茫沙漠中，另方面伟福的好友泰加与女友分手后也阴错阳差流浪至沙漠，两人相遇后到西部找威利警长商量拯救群鼠对策，警长决定将伟福与泰加训练成肥瘦双雄，像无法无天的猫K党挑战。。Showing her engagement ring to Fez in the car, Kitty drops it, so Red drops the kids to look for it in the woods. Bob blurts out that Red gave her a $65, not $1,000 ring, so he's in the doghouse until he tells the rather romantic truth, yet Kitty gets value for money in the end.
