对于大一新生亚当·巴克利（特拉沃·摩根饰）来说，他意识到自己距离加入兄弟会仅有一步之遥了，只要他能够挺过最后一关的话……很快，亚当就发现自己被人蒙上了眼睛，坐在一辆货车的后座上，他即将面对的是一场严峻且棘手的考验，他不得不通过抢劫一家高端的自助食品商店来获得加入兄弟会的许可。然而，仅仅过了几分钟，他却亲眼目睹了另外一个立誓入会的同伴在抢劫的过程中受到了枪击。 弗兰克（乔恩·福斯特饰）无疑是兄弟会中最有权势的成员之一，所以他才能负责照看这些只能在夜间举行的“入会仪式”，本来，他完全可以让那位身受枪伤的伙伴活着走出被抢劫的食品商店的，但是，他显然还没有意识到，兄弟会的麻烦才刚刚开始而已……最初的时候，弗兰克希望能够在不用将伤者送进医院的情况下让一切恢复平静，他认为，兄弟会可以自己将事情处理的很好——然而，随着他们的每一次行动都制造出了接连不断的灾难，亚当...。In this bitingly satirical film Peter Slovan, a continuous source of trouble for the film functionaries of the socialist Slovakia, tackles an evergreen topic – the corruptive effects of power. Barnabáš Kos, a triangle player at a symphonic orchestra, is suddenly promoted to serve as the head of the said institution, even though both he and his superiors deem him completely unfit for the task. Encouraged in equal parts by this unexpected recognition and the servile praise of his colleagues, Kos’s modesty starts to gradually vanish. The erstwhile bashful and aloof percussionist quickly becomes aware of the advantages of his new office, and begins to realise his increasingly ludicrous artistic ambitions. Ultimately, the submissive marionette turns into a source of public humiliation, and his astonishing career finds an abrupt end. Orchestra serves here as a microcosm that grotesquely reflects the absurd and tragicomic mechanisms of the paranoid apparatus of power. Eva Näripe。赵家村农业大户在掌门人赵永和及长子赵家强相继过世后，留下让大儿媳文秀接管赵家农场的遗言，其子女们为争夺遗产各怀私心，赵周两家的孩子发生激烈冲突，在家庭面临着四分五裂的危难时刻，田月英为了完成丈夫的遗愿扶助文秀接管赵家农场。文秀接管赵家之后，众人对她持排斥和怀疑的态度，各家纷纷对其发难。尤其是赵家的大女婿于得利私心太重，垂涎赵家产业，更是把文秀视为眼中钉，时刻想把文秀赶出赵家。即使这样，文秀还是一心扑在企业上，提出一个大胆的想法,打破赵家农场的旧模式，却因此激怒了村民，在亲戚的挑唆下要把文秀赶出村子。关键的时刻，正民和家平挺身而出。善良上进的文秀在云鹏、正民、家平、丽珠和共同扶持下，带领赵家村历尽磨难终于走向城镇化。而文秀和云鹏几经分离，也最终看清了彼此是相爱的人，携手走到了一起。。
