抗战时期，南京失守，国民党政府迁往陪都重庆。重庆政府决定建立中国的密码情报机构，派遣中共党员特工秦骜去武汉抢夺人称“密码之父”的美国专家雅德利。陆涯帮助国民党特工秦骜从武汉日军手中抢夺出美国情报专家雅德利，共同到重庆谍报机构黑室工作。在武汉，秦骜终于见到失散两年的未婚妻扈渝雯，后者已经成为武汉中共地下党员陆涯的妻子。为了找出潜伏在黑室的内奸“独臂大盗”，“黑室”实施了钓鱼行动，因为只有陆涯生还，故他被认定为内奸。为证明清白，陆涯逃亡，寻找可疑目标，最终找出了真正的“独臂大盗”。但重庆政府高层中还隐藏着更大的日奸，并酝酿着更大的阴谋，为了国家利益，陆涯最终以牺牲生命为代价，击败了敌人的阴谋，保卫了重庆的安全。。The story takes us back to 1889, in the wake of primary school teacher Louise Violet who is sent to a village in the French countryside to enforce Republic schooling (which is free, compulsory and secular). It’s a mission which secures her unpopularity, among children and parents alike…。Lyuba goes on a retreat with her friends. There he performs rituals and experiences strange visions. She suddenly feels uncomfortable and contemplates escape, but fears that what awaits her outside will be worse than what she faces inside.。
