原本太平的青河镇如今被当地的地头蛇管辖着，他们到处惹是生非，砸坏老百姓的摊位，欺负良家妇女。他们还在青河镇的路口设置拦路标，只有给钱才可以放人通过，没有钱的穷人只能和畜生一样从阴沟里穿过。这天，两个年轻人经过青河镇，他们看到了拦路标后依旧无视，然后轻而易举就跳过栏杆。这样的行为让管辖者气愤不已，于是双方打了起来。后来才得知其中一人是自卫队的队长凌志高。他这次来青河镇究竟是为了什么？而青河镇的现状又会发生改变吗？。This story is based where the skateboard culture is the most foreign, the Midwest. Derrick Cabrera, like all skaters, has a dream of being sponsored and one day going pro. He is an up and coming skater with all the talent but has the world against him. Parents, friends and schoolmates can't understand how Derrick has so much passion for something that has no future in their eye...。
