故事发生在我国北方某小镇，这里有一所训练武者的学校。数年以前，李一（王文杰 饰）、杨耀武（刘峰超 饰）、方芳（飞儿 饰）等一大批少年从四面八方汇聚到这里，以李白的《少年行》为左右铭，开始了他们的学武之路。众所周知，武术世界里充满了常人难以忍受的难辛，无论是传统套路还是现代搏击，或是刀枪剑械，无不充斥着汗水和鲜血。一晃十年过去了，大浪淘沙，在教头李魁（洪金宝 饰）训练培养下，李一等五人成了武校的佼佼者。数年的苦练，成就了毎人一身好武功，他们即将踏上人生新的征程。就在这时，他们无意间卷入了一桩凶险事件当中，展开了意想不到的血肉搏杀......。A shipowner intends to scuttle his ship on its last voyage to get the insurance money.
