Following a problematic viral video involving a student, our leads are offered sixth form scholarships to St Gilbert’s, in an attempt to rehabilitate the image of one of the country’s oldest and most prestigious schools. They soon find themselves in a world they can only describe as something out of Harry Potter, surrounded...。邀请张天爱、乔杉、凌潇肃、王菊参与“好身材计划”，改正各自的不良生活习惯，达到好身材的目标。镜头分别单线记录每位嘉宾的生活状态，饮食习惯和运动习惯等。四位嘉宾将在棚内对各自的生活状态进行自我观察并讨论，传递“想要拥有好身材，先要拥有好生活”的健康理念。。
