十八岁的黄飞鸿自幼跟随父亲习武，与梁宽建立“飞鸿帮”，年轻气盛的黄飞鸿在佛山行侠仗义，却也因此与人交恶。父亲黄麒英“劝学”，送他去佛山的官办学堂兴中馆读书。然而黄飞鸿又遇“冤家”，一场恶战终惹祸上身。黄父替其揽下罪名，凛然入狱。此事令黄飞鸿痛下决心，以习武之韧，努力读书，争取赴广州考试的机会。黄飞鸿等一帮学子们充满希望地迎接广州会考，却想不到最后的考场竟然成为战场......。This is the second film about the detective Feluda (Soumitra Chatterjee) set in the holy city of Benares, where he (along with his cousin, Topshe and friend, Lalmohan Ganguly) goes for a holiday.
