I’d like adults to have fun watching it and to feel like children again for a while.”。医科大学新生善花（韩智敏）、启范（吴泰景）、忠石（温朱万）、京敏、志英和银珠被分到同一小组上解剖课，在解剖教室，面对来历不明的女尸，众人表现大相径庭，尤以优等生银珠和“万人迷”忠石反应最为突出，前者紧张尖叫转身离开，后者饶有兴致地拿起手机拍下尸体身上的老土纹身。 银珠为战胜自己，深夜只身潜进解剖教室，被杀，当众人把怀疑的目光落在将银珠当情敌的志英身上时，志英不久也死于解剖教室，因为亲见志英的挣扎，京敏疯掉。意识到一切皆被神秘力量操纵后，善花、启范和忠石为自救，开始联手欲揭开噩梦真相。。
