舞春佑美（上田丽奈 配音）是刚刚升上了高中的可爱女生，虽然十分渴望着能够骑着自行车上下学，但实际上，佑美并不会骑自行车。秋月巴（广濑友纪 配音）是佑美青梅竹马的玩伴，为了帮助好友实现梦想，巴决定教会佑美骑自行车。在此过程中，佑美渐渐对单车运动产生了兴趣。 森四季（渡部纱弓 配音）是佑美班上的教员，十分热爱自行车这项运动，在四季的引导之下，佑美进入了这个丰富而又多彩的新世界。体育细胞十分发达的比嘉夏海（藤原夏海 配音）、性格十分天真热爱摄影的千金大小姐神仓冬音（高森奈津美 配音），和志同道合的朋友们一起，佑美骑上了单车。。该剧讲述了一支先遣连为西藏和平解放在雪域高原上战胜各种难以想象的困难，付出巨大牺牲，最终将五星红旗插上了阿里高原的故事。。To the outside world looking in, Jack's not well.
