故事从2007年10月“十七大”闭幕讲起。这天喜耕田看了闭幕实况，便激动不已，在和家人的抬杠下耕田表示要入党。几天后，青山要结婚，青山在村中摆了十口大锅请全村人吃饭，席间告诉大家他要竞选村主任，全家人听得吃惊，都不同意。第二天玲爱家就出了黄头发的事，玲爱找青山破案，并许诺给青山拉选票。选举这天青山差一票没选上，埋怨家人不支持他。耕田为了支持儿子让出了合作社董事长的位置，二虎却拉耕田当了村委副主任。。一场同学会勾连出很多陈年旧怨、市井百态，并且上一次同学会惹出的洗手间幽会事件的谜团一直延续到了这次同学会中，引起了众人的猜忌，同时同学们突然发现，他们都看不起的这个何小龙，居然就是百强企业华隆集团的CEO。。While not surpassing the original show, the movie was pretty decent. Dave Jesser and Matt Silverstein are great comedic writers and still managed to put together a solid reminder of what Drawn Together once was.
