电影讲述与家人一起前往菲律宾旅行的强力班刑警偶然要去找逃亡到菲律宾的朋友过程中发生的故事。即将升上四年级的DoReMi、初贵、爱子及音符已经成为好朋友，但同时也失去魔女身份她们四人回到了魔法堂想和魔女莉卡道别，而在无意间发现女王变出来的魔女莉卡的吹风机，因此想借口把吹风机送回给魔女莉卡以重回魔女世界。她们四人穿过女王的玫瑰花园，并看见一位魔女婴儿在皇后玫瑰花中诞生。女王吩咐她们要照顾这魔女婴儿一年，并恢复她们见习魔女的身份。这魔女婴儿后来由DoReMi命名为小花。在众人的照顾下小花渐渐长大懂事，但其强大的魔力也带给她们不少麻烦。由此引发了新一轮的冒险。。The dream of sending humans to Mars is closer than ever before.
